CARE

All jewelry should be handled with love and care. A special box or container to hold your jewelry when not in use is strongly recommended.  A.M. Thorne jewelry can be worn everyday but is best taken off before activities such as cleaning, exercising, or gardening. Use your judgement! In order to keep your A.M. Thorne jewelry clean, wash it in warm soapy water which will maintain its unique and sparkly look.

SIZING

Most rings can be made in US whole and half sizes. If a half size in a particular style is needed please articulate this to the designer. If you are unsure of your ring size, getting sized by a professional jeweler is your best option. For necklaces or bracelets, measure a piece of jewelry you already own or measure with string to determine the desired length.

A.M. Thorne offers secure online ordering through our website and accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

SHIPPING

A.M. Thorne ships to domestic and international destinations. All pieces are made to order, unless marked as ‘ready to ship’ so please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to ship. All orders are insured, orders over $500 will have a signature and ship through UPS Ground. Once your order has shipped you will receive the  tracking information. International orders ship through DHL.

LOST PACKAGES

In any event that your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been made. All purchases over $500 will require a signature at delivery. If you would like to waive the requirement or if you would like to ask for a signature for orders less than $500 please let us know in the notes section at checkout or by emailing info@amthornejewelry.com. Since we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages please be sure to enter a shipping address you trust.

RETURN POLICY

A.M. Thorne is all small batch handmade jewelry. For this reason we regret that at this time we do not issue any returns or refunds. All sales are final.

DAMAGE / REPAIR

If there is a defect due to craftsmanship upon arrival of your order please email us at info@amthornejewelry.com. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

If your A.M. Thorne jewelry requires repair at any time please contact us at info@amthornejewelry.com with images and a description of the damage. Cost on shipping and repairs vary on a case by case scenario.
